Cervo, posata la prima pietra del nuovo asilo nido.
L’opera, finanziata attraverso fondi Pnrr per oltre 1,5 milioni di euro, avrà un volume complessivo di 2954 mc e ospiterà 30 bambini. Le aree della struttura saranno così suddivise: 721 mq di superficie coperta; 193 mq di area esterna recintata per giochi e attività didattiche; 586 mq di aree verdi di pertinenza. I lavori termineranno entro il 31 dicembre 2025.
«Una giornata storica per Cervo e il comprensorio» afferma la sindaca di Cervo Lina Cha durante la posa della prima pietra del nuovo asilo che sorgerà in via Giardino a pochi passi dalla sede degli uffici di Arimondo, in un’are che in passato era un parcheggio. Un complesso di circa 700 metri quadri che accoglierà, a lavori terminati previsti per la fine del 2025, circa 30 bambini. Un’agorà, una serra per l’orto botanico, dormitorio, spazio all’aperto tutto in materiale all’avanguardia.
«Posata la prima pietra per costruire l’asilo nido che potrà dare risposte concrete alle esigenze delle famiglie e quindi un incentivo alla genitorialità in un momento della nostra società di inverno demografico. Speriamo – spiega la sindaca Cha- e crediamo che questa opera possa dare sviluppo non soltanto al Comune di Cervo ma a tutto il territorio soprattutto della Valle Steria e quindi i Comuni di San Bartolomeo e Villa Faraldi con cui c’è sempre stata collaborazione per questo progetto. Progetto a basso impatto ambientale perché sarà di un solo piano e con materiali ecosostenibili, fotovoltaico. Sarà una struttura che d’accoglienza a una trentina di bambini che prevede proprio degli spazi come l’agorà per accoglienza e ascolto delle famiglie e quindi siamo davvero soddisfatti di questa nuova realtà che sta nascendo. I fondi sono quelli che abbiamo ottenuto con il bando del PNRR e con la collaborazione della Regione Liguria che ha dovuto provvedere ad una variante in questa zona per procedere all’approvazione del progetto».
«A Cervo l’ultima scuola- conclude Cha- è stata costruita da una sindachessa anche allora, Maria Serafina Raimondo, la scuola primaria costruita negli anni ’60 e dopo tanti anni ecco che abbiamo la possibilità di dare vita ad un nuovo anello, quello più delicato, il primo della prima infanzia che darà risposte concrete anche di ricaduta sulle due ordini di scuola che abbiamo, l’infanzia e la primaria, una grande soddisfazione dell’Amministrazione comunale».
«Questa giornata rappresenta un punto di partenza importante per Cervo e per tutto il territorio circostante. Regione Liguria- spiega l’assessore regionale all’Urbanistica ed Edilizia Marco Scajola– ha dato fin da subito il proprio apporto al progetto affiancando il Comune nell’iter urbanistico e arrivando alla variante al Piano regolatore generale, da parcheggio ad area scolastica, che ha permesso l’inizio del cantiere. Un proficuo lavoro di squadra nell’interesse dei cittadini, dei più giovani e delle loro famiglie. Avremo a disposizione una nuova struttura d’eccellenza che garantirà un servizio fondamentale».
«Abbiamo disegnato una scuola- spiega l’architetto Mario Clemente Rossi– che sarà di circa 750 metri quadri, all’interno della quale ci sono tutte le postazioni di norma chieste per questa tipologia di edificio, di norma locale, di PNRR, compatibile con l’ambiente. L’asilo avrà degli spazi aperti per onorare anche la memoria del luogo dove sorgerà, infatti qui si coltivava, e all’interno del progetto abbiamo inserito gli orti didattici per i bambini. Sarà presente una grande serra che serve anche per gli aspetti energetici».

«A historic day for Cervo and the district» states the mayor of Cervo Lina Cha during the laying of the foundation stone of the new kindergarten which will be built in via Giardino a few steps from the Arimondo offices, in an area which in the past was a parking. A complex of approximately 700 square meters which will welcome approximately 30 children once the works are completed by the end of 2025. An agora, a greenhouse for the botanical garden, dormitory, outdoor space all in cutting-edge materials.
«The first stone has been laid to build the nursery which will be able to provide concrete answers to the needs of families and therefore an incentive to parenthood in a time of demographic winter in our society. We hope - explains the mayor Cha - and we believe that this work can give development not only to the Municipality of Cervo but to the entire territory especially of the Steria Valley and therefore the Municipalities of San Bartolomeo and Villa Faraldi with which there has always been collaboration for this project. Project with low environmental impact because it will be on a single floor and with eco-sustainable materials, photovoltaic. It will be a structure that will welcome around thirty children and will include spaces such as the agora for welcoming and listening to families and therefore we are really satisfied with this new reality that is emerging. The funds are those that we obtained with the PNRR tender and with the collaboration of the Liguria Region which had to provide for a variation in this area to proceed with the approval of the project".
«In Cervo the last school - concludes Cha - was built by a mayor even then, Maria Serafina Raimondo, the primary school built in the 60s and after many years we have the possibility of giving life to a new ring, the one more delicate, the first of early childhood which will also give concrete answers with an impact on the two levels of school we have, nursery and primary, a great satisfaction for the municipal administration".

«We have designed a school - explains architect Mario Clemente Rossi - which will be approximately 750 square metres, within which there are all the stations normally required for this type of building, normally local, by PNRR, compatible with the environment. The kindergarten will have open spaces to also honor the memory of the place where it will be built, in fact cultivation was done here, and within the project we have included educational gardens for children. There will be a large greenhouse which will also be used for energy aspects."
